While I'm very happy with the Global knives I purchased from your store, this review is really to let you know how impressed I was with the super quick and efficient service I received in the week leading up to Christmas. My order was filled within two days of placing the order online. I couldn't believe the quick turnaround given the busy time in which I placed the order. In addition, I have not found the knives as cheap, even in the post-Christmas sales. Expected delivery time within Australia after dispatch.

Orders are shipped the next business day and they generally take 1-3 working days to reach metro areas, or 5-7 business days to reach rural areas. Once the item is shipped out you will receive a tracking number so you can track the delivery online.
Q:
I am wanting to buy a Global knife block set for my son. I live in the UK and he lives in Perth, WA. Can I order and pay for them online from the UK to be delivered to him in Australia?
A:
Yes, you can certainly do so! However our system automatically does not accept international addresses, so please put an Australian address for both the shipping and the billing address. Our system might also put your order on hold if it detects that the credit card is an international one, so you can just email us once you've placed an order through and we will check on your order for you and unhold it and let it process as per normal.
