Staub Staub Cast Iron Cookware is a home-grown, family owned company based in Alsace, France, founded in 1892. Even after years of production, Staub maintains their tradition, and all their cookware are completely manufactured in France in their two established factories . Francis Staub is directly involved in the design and creation of each piece, and during the manufacturing, each cast iron piece is made from a sand mould that is then destroyed after use, ensuring that each piece is unique unto itself.
