I wish I had listened to advice that Global was the best knife to use as I ended up buying an inferior brand (well known). I carved up, or at least hacked, at a roast recently and that night I got on the internet to seek out a set of Global. Since their arrival my time in the kitchen is sooo much easier! This time of year I'm cutting up salads etc. and I've finally found a brand that does what it promises! Thank you Global, thank you OzKitchenware for a very good deal! (Posted on 8/01/12)
Excellent knives - Review by Lynette Saxton
We really love these knives - they are really lovely to use. We don't really like the knife block but are keeping them in their covers for the time being until we find something we like better but the knives themselves are really fantastic and we feel we got a real bargain. (Posted on 18/12/11)
