Cuisinart Pressure Cooker Plus 6L

Just as it takes high temperatures and pressures to create a diamond, it takes more than heat to cook a dish thoroughly and quickly while leaving it tender.

This Cuisinart Pressure Cooker in brushed stainless has all the convenience of slow cooking, but takes only a fraction of the time. Its roomy 6L capacity can handle pork roasts and poultry with ease, while its easy touchpad operation makes it easy to set and forget. Old-fashioned pressure cookers required specialized equipment and lids that were tricky to fit.

Cuisinart has taken the concept of pressure cooking into this century, replacing fussy gaskets and locking lids with a self-contained electric pot that comes together easily. A nonstick interior makes a slow-cooked dinner just as easy to clean as it was to cook. Give every slow-cooked recipe you have a diamond-like polish in Cuisinart's electric pressure cooker.

This is advanced model of CPC-600 where this pressure cooker has 8 programmable settings allows you to enjoy the function of pressure cooker, slow cooker and steamer in this multifunction cooker. It features digital thermostat, stainless steamer basket and trivet to make your cooking process more simple and easier.

With Great Prices, Awesome Customer Service and Fast Shipping, we guarantee you will love buying the Cuisinart Pressure Cooker 6L - Brushed Stainless from us.

Could you advise me if there is a pressure cooker that is (a) Electric; (b) stainless internal, i.e, no non-stick lining; (c) 3>4 litre size?
The Cuisinart pressure cooker that we have (http://www.ozkitchenware.com.au/cuisinart-pressure-cooker-6l-brushed-stainless.html) is electric with a non-stick pot and takes up to 6L. Unfortunately that is the only one we have currently in our range (we are still expanding our range!) .. we don't have anything smaller. As far as I'm aware, most of the electric ones manufactured in the market are made 6L and none are made any smaller than that. The only pressure cookers smaller than 6L are the stove top ones.
Why does my new cuisinart pressure cooker turn itself off before pressure timer count down? Haven't had it long. Have had this problem 2 out of 6 uses. What can I do to resolve this problem or is the appliance faulty?
It could be due to the cooker overheating too much. If you use the browning function, or whenever you're using the pressure cooker, be sure to use cold water/stock/liquid to bring the temperature back down to make it easier for the pressure cooker to function. Do try this out first.
